Marc K. Nakisher, Esq.

Marc K. Nakisher, Esq.Marc is a partner with Einheuser & Nakisher, PLLC.  He concentrates his practice in estate planning.  Marc specializes in helping clients balance their planning goals with their desire to minimize gift and estate taxes.  In addition to drafting basic Wills, Revocable Trusts and Powers of Attorney, he also counsels clients on issues of family planning, guardianship and wealth preservation.

His practice includes business planning, creating family limited partnerships and family limited liability companies, and advising clients toward getting the most benefit from their IRA or other retirement plan account.  Marc also advises clients on elder law issues, including Medicaid asset planning, substituted decision-making and health care and quality of life issues for the elderly.

He also has significant experience working with national lending institutions and borrowers in negotiation, structuring documentation and origination of real estate loans, construction and land development loans and various other commercial lending transactions.

Marc received his B.A. from Michigan State University, and his J.D. from The John Marshall Law School.  He is admitted
to practice law in both Michigan and Illinois.

Marc has a wonderful wife, and two small children.  He is an avid marathon runner and triathlete.

Michael Einheuser

Michael EinheuserMichael Einheuser was the founding partner of the estate planning law firm of Einheuser & Associates, P.C.  He considers the practice of law as one of the “helping” professions like teaching, healthcare, social work and ministry.

Mr. Einheuser has practiced law in the Metropolitan Detroit area since 1980.  A graduate of Sacred Heart Seminary High School, Mr. Einheuser earned his Ph.B. degree from Monteith College at Wayne State University and his J.D. from the Detroit College of Law.   Mr. Einheuser is admitted to practice before all Michigan Courts and the U.S. Federal Courts.

In addition to his law practice, Mr. Einheuser is an adjunct instructor of Business Ethics in the graduate school of the Wayne State University School of Business Administration.

Mr. Einheuser has recently decided to take a step back from the practice of law and concentrate on combining his legal experience with financial planning where he provides a comprehensive range of services to his clients.  He keeps himself available for consultation on all legal matters on an as needed basis.
